A Spanish company based in Valencia, also present with production facilities in India, Poland and the USA, Royo is a leading brand for bathroom furniture, privileging innovation, sustainability, continuous improvement and teamwork. With a headcount of 700 employees, Royo has been using Cefla Finishing equipment for over two decades.
The challenge
In a competitive market, the quest for quality through innovation has driven Royo to seek the most advanced technologies and innovative solutions for their products. The need to enlarge the choice of surface designs and increase the company’s production capacity was already a priority in 2015.
The Düspohl solution
Confident we could supply the perfect solution to support Royo’s product quality and boost their capacity, a PowerWrap Wide 1400S was supplied for the Valencia plant. Not only did the lamination unit increase capacity, it also handled surface and edge wrapping, creating a continuous surface finish without any visible joint.
Results
Running for around a decade now, the line installed has required very little maintenance, while constantly ensuring the high output requested by Royo. The reliable performance of the equipment has been able to deliver the quality expected and has helped Royo grow thanks to the huge variety of surface decorations available.
